My dad was a 'super-duper' soccer player back in the day. He was contacted by a guy called Ross, who sent my dad a few photos of him from his days at Kilamarnick FC... a football club in Scotland. There's even one of him playing cricket. I thought the photos were an amazing 'find' for my dad, and me.

These are our bambi's. Our amazing friend Robyn bought the big one for my boyfriend Frank, for his birthday (how anyone could have given him away is a mystery, but thanks anyway Robyn), and last month I bought him a little friend off www.bidorbuy.co.za (a great site to pick up amazing porcelain pieces from SA!) Now they can be friends for ever and ever.
